About Ivan Crawford

Ivan is a graduate of Butler High School (1981) after which he joined the USAF and left the CSRA to see the world. After 3 overseas tours and 11.5 years as a Munitions Specialist, he returned to home. Shortly after this, he met his soon to be wife, Tammy Crawford. He did a short stint as a tractor-trailer driver, then became a forklift mechanic. Through these experiences, he gained knowledge of the CSRA and surrounding communities while traveling to various plants and warehouses to service machinery. In 2004, he got his Real Estate license. It was then that Ivan first met David, while working for Meybohm Realtors. Ivan went on to change companies, and became sales manager of Leading Edge Real Estate when they opened for business. Later, he went on to Realty Executives to sell and help manage the company. Ivan left real estate for a short time to work with a friend on his car lot, where he gained valuable marketing and internet experience. It didn’t take long for him to get pulled back into real estate, being asked to help manage Better Homes & Gardens E.P. company. When David left BHGEP to join Keller Williams, Ivan followed shortly thereafter to work with him. Ivan has been married now for 24 years, has two daughters, 4 grandchildren, and is a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Thomson, Ga. He has had a broker’s license since 2007. His experience in sales and management, along with his willingness to help agents, have made him a well respected member of the local Realtor community. Ivan also teaches Real Estate pre-license classes for Atlanta Partners R.E. School.
